One-Year Limited Warranty & Repairs
I inspect every piece before shipment and stand behind the work I approve. If a covered problem is caused by the way your jewelry was made, I will take care of it.
What is covered
Confirmed defects during normal wear.
The warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship affecting durability or intended use during the one-year period.
- A soldered or joined area failing
- A structural failure caused by casting or manufacturing
- A stone becoming loose or being lost because of a confirmed setting defect
- Another confirmed material or workmanship defect affecting durability or intended use
Available remedy
Repair first, with a practical fallback.
Lunar Forgeworks will repair a confirmed covered defect at no charge. If it cannot be properly repaired, Lunar Forgeworks will either remake it or refund the amount paid for the affected piece, depending on the circumstances.
If an exact stone or specialty material is unavailable, the closest suitable options will be discussed before proceeding.
When the package arrives
Inspect the jewelry and packaging.
If the package is damaged or there is an immediately visible issue, contact contact@lunarforgeworks.com within seven days and provide clear photographs of the jewelry and packaging.
The seven-day arrival request does not shorten the one-year warranty for covered defects discovered later.

Do not ship a piece without arranging the next step. Repair intake and shipping details are discussed case by case until a formal procedure is published.
