Warranty and repairs
A one-year warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship
For one year from delivery, Lunar Forgeworks reviews material or workmanship defects connected to the original manufacture of the piece.
Not covered
Wear, accidents, misuse, and outside work
Scratches, finish change, oxidation, accidental damage, impact, bending, loss, theft, improper care, sizing change, unauthorized repair, and normal material behavior are excluded.
Arrival
Report visible issues within seven days
Send clear photographs of the jewelry, packaging, and shipping container. This arrival-report request does not shorten the one-year warranty for a covered defect discovered later.
Repair intake
Email me before you ship the piece.
Include your name, order or quote reference, delivery date, what happened, when you noticed it, where the piece is now, and clear photos from several angles. I will reply with the next step and any shipping instructions.
