Website and Technical Data

This is a static site hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, security events, and similar technical data to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare account-level log settings are separate from this repository.

The Lunar Forgeworks site code does not install Cloudflare Web Analytics, another analytics script, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, or on-site payment forms. The jewelry collection page loads a third-party catalog in a sandboxed frame. When that page is opened, the catalog provider may receive technical data and may use its own storage, search, product, accessibility, and privacy features within the framed area.

Information You Choose to Provide

If you contact Lunar Forgeworks by email or Discord, request a quote, or place an order, you may provide your name, contact information, character or artwork references, project descriptions, sizes, materials, stone preferences, budget, deadlines, shipping information, privacy requests, and related messages or files.

Do not send payment-card details in ordinary messages. The public website does not accept uploads or store submitted customer files.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to review requests, communicate, prepare estimates and designs, record approvals, plan and complete production, arrange payment and shipping, provide service or warranty support, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records.

Customer names, email addresses, character names, reference filenames, quote descriptions, artwork details, and payment information are not sent to website analytics because no analytics script is currently installed.

Service Providers, Embedded Content, and Outbound Links

Cloudflare provides site hosting, delivery, and security services. The jewelry collection is supplied by an external catalog provider and runs under that provider's systems and privacy practices. Email providers and Discord process information when you use those services. Instagram, Bluesky, and Twitter / X links open those services but are not embedded on this site.

If a commission proceeds, Stripe, Wise, PayPal, banks, shipping providers, and specialized jewelry professionals may process information needed for payment, production, or delivery. Their availability and privacy practices are governed by their own services. Lunar Forgeworks does not directly store payment-card details through this website.

Retention and Security

Quote, order, approval, production, payment, shipping, and warranty records may be kept for business, service, legal, or accounting needs. Specific retention periods have not yet been published. Cloudflare and other providers may retain technical records under their own settings and policies.

Reasonable care can reduce risk, but no website, email, messaging, payment, or storage system can promise complete security. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Children's Privacy and Policy Updates

The site is not directed to children. Lunar Forgeworks does not knowingly use the public website to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian with a concern may use the contact information below.

This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or business practices change. The last-updated date will change when the public policy changes.
