How your information is handled

Last updated: 2026-08-07. This page explains what information is used when you browse the site, request a quote, contact Lunar Forgeworks, or continue with a commission.

Website and technical data

Cloudflare delivers and protects this site. It may process an IP address, browser, device, requested page, timestamp, security event, and similar connection details under the settings for the Lunar Forgeworks Cloudflare account. Turnstile checks for automated form abuse.

Google Analytics does not load unless you allow it. If allowed, the site may measure page views, approximate location, device and browser category, referral source, and selected site interactions. Advertising tracking, advertising user data, personalization, and Google Signals remain off. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be changed through the footer.

Information you choose to provide

The quote form may collect your name, email, reply preference, Discord username, type of piece, preferred metal, budget, timing, dimensions, description, privacy preference, how you found Lunar Forgeworks, reference links, and up to five reference photos. You must also confirm that you own the character or have permission to commission it and use the submitted artwork.

The site may save the page where your visit began, a referrer without private query details, and limited campaign information. Do not send card details or sensitive information that is not needed for the quote.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to review feasibility, communicate, send confirmation, prepare estimates and designs, record approvals, coordinate production, arrange payment and shipping, support warranty or repairs, prevent abuse, maintain necessary business records, and understand aggregate site use after consent.

Names, email addresses, Discord usernames, reference links, uploads, discovery details, character information, and project descriptions are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

Providers and External Services

Cloudflare supplies hosting, form processing, Turnstile, private R2 object storage, email delivery, and security services. Google supplies optional analytics. Email providers and Discord process messages sent through those services. Stripe, Wise, PayPal, banks, carriers, and established jewelry specialists may process information necessary for an active project.

The Settings & Stone Library is a sandboxed third-party catalog that loads only after visitor action. The provider may receive ordinary connection information and controls its products, scripts, search, storage, and privacy behavior.

Retention and security

Successful requests become part of the commissions email record. Uploaded photos are kept in private Cloudflare storage and shared in the internal request email through long, hard-to-guess links. A 90-day deletion rule is planned, but its current account status has not been verified. Lunar Forgeworks therefore does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.

References may be kept as needed for a request, an active project, warranty support, business records, legal duties, or accounting. You may ask to have them deleted, except for records that must reasonably be kept. Anyone who receives an access link may be able to open it until the file is deleted, so do not forward the link.

Your Choices and Questions

You may decline analytics, reopen analytics preferences in the footer, request project privacy, ask for reference deletion, or contact Lunar Forgeworks about your information. Send privacy questions to contact@lunarforgeworks.com without including unnecessary private details.

The site is not directed to children and is not knowingly used to collect children’s personal information. This policy date changes when the public policy changes.
