Orders are shipped with tracking. A signature is normally required unless your written order says otherwise.

Shipping details are confirmed before your piece is sent
Most orders ship within the United States. International shipping is considered one destination at a time. Availability, shipping method, cost, customs, and customer responsibilities must be confirmed in writing first.
Coverage
Confirmed with your quote
Full-value insurance is not automatically promised. The carrier, declared value, available coverage, exclusions, and claim process are confirmed in writing when they apply. Lunar Forgeworks coordinates eligible carrier claims.
International
Details depend on the destination
Availability depends on carrier service, coverage, customs, restricted materials, taxes, duties, address rules, and cost. Customs and import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless your written order says otherwise.
Arrival
Report visible problems within seven days
Keep the jewelry and all packaging. Send clear photos of the piece, inner packaging, and shipping box, and wait for claim instructions before throwing anything away.
Custom returns
Custom work cannot be returned for a change of mind
Made-to-order and personalized pieces are not accepted for a change-of-mind return. Defects, shipping damage, a wrong item, or another problem are handled under the written order and warranty.
Delivery details
Check the details before shipment
The address, recipient, signature, timing, carrier service, and any available coverage are confirmed in writing before shipment. Carrier reroutes may not be available and can add cost or risk.
