Shipping and returns
Shipping method, destination, and related costs are handled through the quote and order record. Custom-made order returns and refunds depend on the reason and how far the commission has progressed.
Quotes
Shipping may be included in the quote or charged separately depending on the destination and method. Outstanding shipping, insurance, customs, import fees, and approved additional charges must be paid before shipment where applicable.
Timing
Completion dates are estimates unless a specific deadline is accepted in writing. Transit guarantees are not offered on this page.
Cancellation
The $250 design fee becomes non-refundable once design work begins. Materials, completed work, CAD, and committed outside services may become non-refundable after production payment.
Returns
Return and refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request, the stage of the custom commission, and costs already committed. No automatic return window is promised.
Arrival
Immediately visible package damage or product issues should be reported within seven days with clear photographs of the jewelry and packaging.
Warranty
The seven-day arrival request does not shorten the one-year warranty for a covered material or workmanship defect discovered later.
Before ordering
Customs and import charges remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. International availability is not yet confirmed.
